Patterns (Hyung - Korean), Kata, or Forms
are not taught in all Hapkido styles. However, World Koong
Joong Hapkido includes patterns at all levels.
Hyung differs greatly among different Hapkido styles. World
Koong Joong patterns are circular and flowing. They include
hand and kicking motions and progress in difficulty at each
level of grade.
